Applications for the Fall 2026 intake are now open.
The admissions interview and qualification examination process will begin in April 2026.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the 6-Year Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program, applicants must have completed the following during high school and/or college:
- Biology (required)
- Two additional subjects chosen from the following:
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Mathematics
- High School Diploma
Important Information
Applicants who are Polish citizens or who hold dual citizenship that includes Polish citizenship must apply through the Polish admission process and cannot apply directly to the English Division.

Required Documents for Initial Application
Applicants must upload clear scanned copies of the following documents when submitting their application:
- Passport-style photograph
- Valid passport (must be valid for at least one year)
- High school diploma
- Official transcript of grades
- English language certificate (if required, see below for further instructions)
- Any additional documents requested during the admissions process
Important:
If documents are issued in a language other than English, official English translations must be provided

Admission Evaluation Process
Applications are evaluated based on two main components:
- High school academic performance
- Online admission examination and interview
High School Academic Performance
Your admission score will include your grades in:
- Biology (required)
- Two additional subjects of your choice:
- Physics
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
Note:
Applicants whose high school diploma was issued outside the United States or Canada should review the admission requirements for applicants from other countries.
Online Admission Examination
The online admission process includes two parts:
Qualification Test
- 20 questions
- 20 minutes
- Questions focus on basic terminology in Life Sciences and Mathematical Sciences
Interview
During the interview, applicants may be asked questions related to:

Their motivation for studying medicine

Empathy and communication skills

Teamwork and future goals in the medical field

Basic terminology in Life Sciences and Mathematical Sciences
Admission Scoring System
The maximum possible score is 500 points, distributed as follows:
Biology (High School Grade) — up to 100 points
Two Additional Subjects (High School Grades) — up to 200 points
Qualification Test — up to 100 points
Interview — up to 100 points
After You Are Accepted
Applicants who are accepted by the Admissions Committee must submit the following documents within the specified timeframe:
- Copy of passport
- Original apostilled high school diploma or a notarized copy of the apostilled diploma
- Original apostilled high school transcript or a notarized copy of the apostilled transcript
The United States and Canada are members of the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961. Therefore, official documents must receive an apostille certification in order to be legally recognized.

English Language Certificate Requirement
Applicants must provide a valid English language certificate at a minimum level of B2, as required by Polish law.
Accepted certificates include:
- TOEFL
- IELTS
This requirement may be waived if the applicant holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university where English was the language of instruction.
If the diploma does not clearly state this, applicants must also provide additional documentation confirming that their studies were conducted in English.
Additional Required Documents
Applicants must also submit the following documents:
- Health certificate
- Hepatitis B vaccination certificate
- Health insurance policy
Detailed instructions on where and how to submit the final documents will be provided to each accepted applicant.
All documents must be submitted as:
- Original documents, or
- Notarized copies, or
- Official documents sealed and signed by the issuing institution.
If documents are not in English, certified English translations must be attached.
